Programming Staff Volunteer
San Diego Comic-Con International Jul 2014 - Present Volunteer annually for one week each at Wondercon (March) and San Diego Comic-Con (July) to supervise panels and panel rooms. Includes interacting with attendees, guests, and panelists. Provide directions as to panel guidelines, keep count of attendees, provide water and assistance with AV equipment (under the direction of the AV tech), and begin and end panels on time.

Metropolitan Public Safety Feb 2002 - Present Tasked with setting up all procedures, dispatch systems (including purchasing CAD and radio equipment), payroll and HR processes, and schedules. Responsible for attracting, hiring, retaining, disciplining, training, paying, and terminating employees. Create employee schedules and provide solutions for around-the-clock staffing.
