S.A.F.E. Management Jul 2021 - Aug 2024 Monitor CCTV cameras utilizing a Surveillance System for unauthorized access and criminal activity. Review and archive surveillance coverage on all internal or external investigations/incidents at the direction of Allegiant Stadium Management Team. In addition, conduct audits of staff activity as needed. Work with Event Management & vendors to ensure an event operates smoothly. Dispatch Security staff or other departments to affected areas of an incident (i.e. slip & fall, wet spill, etc.) Provide remote entry or scheduled access using Security Monitoring software into certain areas for Contractors, Vendors, Stadium Partners, or event related. In addition, use the system to monitor for any potential unauthorized usage of credentials while on property. Monitor and respond to Life Safety System (Fire Panel) and log all fire panel activity into the data management software. In addition, notify Engineering and Allegiant Stadium Management of any serious incidents. Complete incident reports on all notable incidents on event and non-event days. Log in all activity or service requests into different databases for tracking purposes. Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate departments.

Tropicana Casino & Resort Dec 2011 - Jul 2020 Monitor CCTV coverage using Honeywell and IndigoVision Surveillance software of non-gaming and back of house areas for any criminal activity or unauthorized activity. Conduct investigations on incidents pertaining to theft, workplace injuries, guest injuries, employee misconduct, and bank shortages. At the direction of the Director of Security or Compliance conduct due diligence backgrounds on customers, vendors, and key personnel. At the direction of the Director of Security conduct Point of Sale (POS) audits on food outlets to determine if any employee theft or misconduct is taking place. Conduct administrative tasks related to lost & found and act as custodian of evidence. Log entries/service calls into the data management system. Use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook. Conduct searches of guest information using the Lodging Management System as needed to verify information. Perform Security Departments monthly expense report audit. Track and analyze incident reports for any relatable incidents to help prevent any future potential loss or damage to internal/external customers.
