My responsibilities include conducting foot and vehicle patrols consistently throughout our construction site to ensure maximum security. This aids in guaranteeing the prevention of potential issues or mishaps.

Additionally, I am accountable for carrying out inventory checks for various types of equipment. The list ranges from AC units, garage doors, and generators, to more specific items such as interior and exterior breakers, cabinets, countertops, and our interior appliances.

In the unfortunate event of break-ins or theft of equipment, I am responsible for promptly contacting law enforcement to report these incidents. This practice helps us safe guard our assets while assisting in investigations if they arise.

Furthermore, I handle the duty of escorting any unauthorized personnel off the construction property. This action not only maintains order, but it also increases security and prevents unwarranted variables on the property.

Lastly, maintaining open and active communication with all other properties under our purview forms a significant part of my duties. This assures sharing of pivotal information that could flag any suspicious activity, which we can then promptly act upon to maintain a safe environment.
