“User” includes both Guards and Companies.

“Services” encompasses the functionalities provided by the GuardAlly job board, including job postings and applications.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the job board, you must register and create an account, providing accurate and current information.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Account Verification

Guards are required to submit their licensing details for verification by GuardAlly before they can apply for jobs. This step ensures that all Guards meet the necessary legal standards to work in the security industry.

4. Job Postings

4.1 Posting Rules

Job postings must be compliant with all applicable laws, including labor and employment laws, and must not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.

4.2 Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant GuardAlly a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content in connection with the services.

4.3 Removal of Content

GuardAlly reserves the right to remove any job postings or other content that violates these terms or any applicable laws.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Actions

Users are prohibited from using the job board to conduct any fraudulent or illegal activities, infringe upon the rights of others, or transmit harmful or malicious software.

5.2 Interaction with Other Users

While GuardAlly facilitates connections between Companies and Guards, it is not responsible for the interactions between users outside of the job board’s platform.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Fees

Details of the fees associated with different job posting plans are available on our pricing page. All fees are due upon posting a job and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these terms.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds may be offered at GuardAlly’s discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary rights related to the job board, including trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and domain names, are owned by GuardAlly.
